Job Title: MIS Executive – E-commerce (Shopify & Meta Data Reporting) Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce or Digital Reporting Salary Range: Maximum 3.2 to 3.5 LPA initially Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from Shopify and Meta (Facebook Ads/Instagram) to create actionable daily dashboards. This role is critical in providing real-time insights to guide business and marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: Extract and manage data from Shopify (orders, customer behavior, product performance, etc.) Analyze Meta Ads Manager data (campaign performance, spends, conversions, ROAS, etc.) Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio) Track key e-commerce KPIs like AOV, CAC, conversion rates, traffic, and revenue Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and usability Prepare performance reports and summaries for stakeholders Troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform quality checks Automate recurring reports where possible Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a data/reporting role (preferably e-commerce) Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin and Meta Ads Manager Working knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio is preferred Analytical mindset and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience in D2C or E-commerce brands Knowledge of marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Basic scripting knowledge (Google Apps Script, SQL) is a bonus Why Join Us?
