Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes across departments. This role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, automating data processes, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, generate, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports for various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)
Maintain and update MIS systems and databases.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel (macros), Power BI, or other BI tools.
Analyze trends in data and prepare actionable insights and dashboards.
Coordinate with departments to collect data and understand reporting needs.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and support IT in maintaining the reporting infrastructure.
Create and manage documentation for reporting procedures and data flows.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,169.50 - ₹20,027.05 per month
