Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive who is proficient in Advanced Excel, detail-oriented, and skilled in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining data reports. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to operational efficiency, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports accurately and on time.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Advanced Excel & Data Analysis

• Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Macros.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure accuracy of data.
• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies proactively.

Email Communication

• Draft and respond to professional emails efficiently.
• Share MIS reports and insights with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with teams for data collection and clarifications.

Operational Coordination

• Support operations and management with data-driven insights.
• Assist in process improvements through data analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper records of all reports and data files.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or operations (Preferred)
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM or reporting software is a plus
