MIS/ Data Analyst - Contract Role

Job Summary:

We are the Real Estate & Workplace (REW) team, serving as a key pillar of Cult’s expansion. We drive end-to-end ownership from lead to launch, while managing real estate operations, projects, and workspace design. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, gain hands-on exposure to real estate data management, project coordination, and dashboard/report creation. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow a strong career in real estate and workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain end-to-end REW team data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all products.
• Create, update, and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting sheets to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and error-free data updates, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Take full ownership of deliverables, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing data-backed insights, status updates, and recommendations for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards where possible to save time and reduce manual dependency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 0-2 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Math/Stat) / Business or related field (MBA - preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL. (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
