Role & responsibilities

Maintain

accurate

records
of employee work hours, attendance, and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage

payroll

processing
by verifying attendance data and addressing discrepancies.
Collaborate

with

HR

and

payroll

departments
to ensure accurate processing of payroll data and attendance trends.
Implement

and

maintain

timekeeping

systems
and software for optimal efficiency.
Assist

employees
with attendance-related inquiries and provide customer service.

This role is crucial for maintaining workforce efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in MIS , MS Office, Software handling is must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Various departments
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using computer software and databases for tracking attendance.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
