Mid-Level Sales and Business Development Executive
Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential manufacturing companies as prospective clients for our logistic management platform.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Present our SAAS-based logistic management platform to potential clients, showcasing its benefits and addressing their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure new client partnerships.
  • Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, attend relevant conferences, and participate in networking events to expand professional connections.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the software/SAAS industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our logistic management platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations and the challenges faced by manufacturing companies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and measure performance.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry, including knowledge of transportation, supply chain management, and warehousing.
  • Previous experience in selling SAAS solutions or software products to manufacturing companies.
  • Understanding of government regulations and compliance related to logistics operations.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships.
