· Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings
· Prepare detailed working drawings & construction documents
· Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
· Conduct site visits and resolve technical/site queries
· Ensure timely delivery and maintain drawing quality
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, 3D rendering softwares; strong detailing knowledge; good communication and time-management skills.
B.Arch (Master’s degree is a plus)
