Job Description

Role : MSTR Developer

Experience Range :

3+ years (up to 10 years can be considered).

Location :

Pune (Kharadi).

Duration :

3 months (Extendable).

Top 3 Skills Required

  • Strong experience in MicroStrategy with the Semantic and Attribute layer.
  • Expertise in MSTR dossiers and RSD for designing and creating reports/documents.
  • Experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy dashboards, dossiers, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.
  • Build semantic layers, metrics, attributes, filters, and custom groups in MicroStrategy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into
technical solutions.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability and user-friendliness.
  • Maintain and enhance existing MicroStrategy projects and objects.
  • Work with data engineers to ensure seamless integration with data sources and warehouses.
  • Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and
functionality.
  • Provide production support and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
  • Document technical design, report logic, and development processes.
