Microsoft Dynamics Functional Lead

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional Lead to drive the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and lead the functional configuration and testing of Dynamics 365 modules. The candidate should be able to handle ERP migration too.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end functional implementation of Dynamics 365 modules.

Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.

Analyze, document, and validate business processes and requirements.

Configure Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs (Finance, SCM, Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.).

Create functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are correctly developed and tested.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities.

Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and business analysts.

Act as a bridge between users and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Deep understanding of CRM modules and other CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE / BC).
Experience leading or playing a key role in at least 2 full-cycle implementations.Have knowledge on migrating other CRM to Microsoft DynamicsDeep functional knowledge of one or more modules :Finance (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)Supply Chain (Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order)Projects/PSA, HR, or Customer Service/Sales (for CE)Strong understanding of business process mapping, Gap-Fit analysis, and solution design.Familiarity with LCS, Power Platform, DevOps, and standard documentation tools.Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to train end users and create training documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:Functional experience in a specific industry (Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, etc.)BE/Masters is Computer Science related disciplineExperience with Power Apps, Power BI, and integrations

Nice to Have:Familiarity with change management processesExperience in agile or hybrid project delivery methodologiesERP migration experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
