Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant located in Thane. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing training and support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience :

Required skills and Qualifications

·        2 to 4 years’ experience deploying Line of Business (CRM) solutions, including direct interaction with end-users and IT implementation teams.

·        Proven hands-on functional experience in Sales and/or Service Management processes (minimum 3 years).

·        Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules and configurations.

·        Familiarity with full application lifecycle methodologies and business process re-engineering.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

·        Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional environments.

·        Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is an added advantage.

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·        Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
