Job Summary:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation process for new and existing implementations of D365 Business Central.
• Configure Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales & Purchase as per client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client users and internal teams.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and optimization.
• Create functional documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  or

  Microsoft Dynamics NAV

  .
• Strong understanding of Business Central standard functionalities, workflows, and capabilities.
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle D365 BC implementations.
• Good knowledge of business processes in Finance, Trade & Logistics, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in data migration, Power BI reporting, and extensions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) preferred.
