Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 / PowerApps Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and low-code/no-code development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, etc.) and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

-Must have experience with Model driven apps and .Net

-Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

-Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies.

-Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and solution blueprinting sessions.

-Provide expert-level support in application lifecycle management, DevOps, and CI/CD for Power Platform and Dynamics.

-Ensure data security, integration, scalability, and maintainability of all solutions.

-Mentor development teams and support technical delivery throughout the SDLC.

-Integrate Dynamics 365 and PowerApps with third-party applications and systems using connectors, APIs, and Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.).

-Stay updated with the latest Microsoft offerings and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Required Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions.

-4+ years of experience with Power Platform, especially PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

-Experience with enterprise solution architecture, data modeling, and application integration.

-Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Model, and security model.

--Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and integration patterns.

-Proven experience with ALM practices in Power Platform and Dynamics.

-Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (PL-600, MB-600, PL-400, etc.) preferred.

Nice to Have:

-Experience with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot capabilities.

-Experience in regulated industries or large enterprise implementations.

-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
