Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights + Journeys Consultant (B2B Focus) Department: Marketing / Inside Sales Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Company Overview: Cambay Solutions is a Microsoft Solutions Partner committed to accelerating B2B growth and customer retention through intelligent marketing automation. We specialize in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights + Journeys to help organizations maximize cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation opportunities using data-driven campaigns. Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Insights + Journeys Consultant with a B2B marketing focus to drive data-centric marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and optimize automated campaigns tailored to lifecycle stages, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Campaign Strategy & Execution Design and execute automated campaigns for cross-sell, upsell, lead reactivation, and targeted service promotions. Build segmentation strategies to engage high-value B2B accounts. Develop and manage a monthly personalized B2B newsletter. 2. Lead Nurturing & Reactivation Create behavioral trigger-based drip campaigns to re-engage cold/lost leads. Implement lead scoring models to support sales prioritization. 3. Integration & Optimization Integrate D365 Customer Insights + Journeys with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, and Sales Module. Ensure real-time data synchronization between marketing and sales systems. Monitor and report on campaign KPIs: CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact. 4. Compliance & Best Practices Maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance in all marketing activities. Follow Microsoft’s B2B marketing best practices including ABM. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights + Journeys) with a B2B focus. Demonstrated success in B2B lead nurturing, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and email marketing. Familiarity with LinkedIn integrations, CRM alignment, lead scoring, A/B testing, and analytics.
