Role Overview
We are seeking a certified and experienced
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
with expertise in
Power Platform
. The ideal candidate will deliver customized training to support departmental automation, analytics, and citizen development across enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver official Microsoft training courses focused on Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-300).
- Facilitate hands-on labs, innovation workshops, and scenario-driven sessions for business users and developers.
- Customize training programs to support departmental goals in automation and analytics.
- Provide certification preparation including mock exams and practical exercises.
- Offer governance and security training for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Support post-training enablement through mentoring and solution refinement.
- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to foster internal solution development.
Certification Preparation
The Power Platform trainer will deliver targeted certification preparation for
PL-100
,
PL-200
, and
PL-300
, integrated into ITCs enterprise learning framework:
- Pre-assessment diagnostics and learner profiling to tailor training delivery.
- Structured learning paths using Microsoft Learn content and real-world business scenarios.
- Practice exams and hands-on labs for app creation, solution design, and data analytics.
- Exam strategy workshops to build confidence and exam readiness.
- Post-training mentoring and access to Power Platform learning communities.
- PL-100: Hands-on app creation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- PL-200: Focus on solution design, data modeling, and integration.
- PL-300: Deep dive into Power BI dashboards, DAX, and data storytelling.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with relevant Power Platform certifications.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business process automation, analytics, or app development.
- Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in PL-100, PL-200, PL-300 or related Power Platform tracks.
- Experience with enterprise data sources, connectors, and governance models.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Platform Admin Center.
- Ability to create multimedia and interactive training content.
- Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
