Saxon is a Microsoft Certified Solution partner looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager (Gurgoan) who can join immediately!

This is precisely why we're exhilarated to introduce a new member to our sales team: a Microsoft Alliance Manager. In this capacity, you will oversee and foster our collaboration with Microsoft while driving us toward our revenue objectives.


The optimal candidate for this role is envisioned as a professional who places customers at the heart of their approach, effortlessly merging technical expertise with business acumen. Ideally, we are seeking an individual with a background in roles such as Partner Alliance or Partner Manager within the sphere of Microsoft. This individual will act as the global administrator for all Microsoft tools and programs, necessitating a comprehensive grasp of the sales pipeline and effective collaboration with the Marketing team.


Here is what you’ll be working on:


  • Engage the Microsoft U.S. leadership team, sales organization, channels, and customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for all parties.
  • Developing strategic plans with Microsoft and Saxon sales organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular partner alliance reviews to the Saxon management team.
  • Maintain pipeline forecast in CRM, including sales forecasts, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory opportunity.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing and help drive growth and visibility within Microsoft field teams.
  • Work with Marketing to assess Microsoft events (Inspire, Ignite, Ready, etc.) to determine participation and strategy plans year over year.
  • Support accelerating sales opportunities in new and existing accounts


A good Microsoft Alliance Manager must have the following skills, knowledge, education, and experience:


  • 6+ years of experience in business development in the software/technology services industry
  • Ability to collaborate creatively to develop unique value propositions and program strategies between Microsoft, Saxon, and our customers.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving results
  • Experience working in the Microsoft Technology ecosystem, directly or via a consulting or sales environment.
  • Proven persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience successfully running a Microsoft partnership within a technology startup environment
