Job Title: Microsoft 365 CRM Location : (PAN India) – Bangalore (Global village Tech Park) / Hyderabad (Rai Durg) / Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) / Chennai (DLF IT Park) / Pune (Shivajinagar) / Noida (Candor Techspace, Industrial Area) / Gurgaon (Ambience Island, DLF Phase 3) / Kolkata (Merlin Infinite, Salt Lake Electronics Complex) Experience : 8 to 12 Years Employment Type : Contract to Hire Work Mode : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM, especially the Marketing module (e.g., segments, customer journeys, email templates) Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript-based and Power Platform Details, UI and Power Platform enhancements Integrate CRM with external systems, if needed (e.g., APIs, Azure services, Power Platform) Create and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles Support solution deployment, data migration, and ongoing system maintenance Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Strong knowledge of customization techniques in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Fetch XML, and CRM SDK Understanding of Dynamics 365 Marketing features: customer journeys, lead scoring, marketing forms/emails Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment via Solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Experience with Azure Functions, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Dataverse Show more Show less
