House of Vacation is a leading company in the tourism and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, dedicated to curating exceptional international travel experiences and managing corporate events across the globe. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic MICE Outbound Operations Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and other international destinations

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver customized proposals.
  • Support business development by offering destination-specific expertise and suggestions.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring top-notch execution.

Operations & Execution:

  • Plan and manage outbound travel itineraries for corporate groups, incentives, and delegations.
  • Coordinate all logistics: international flights, hotel bookings, transfers, visa support, meals, sightseeing, and event venues.
  • Escort or assign team leaders for group departures as needed.
  • Oversee the execution of events and travel programs on-ground or remotely.
  • Ensure all services align with client expectations and maintain quality standards.

Destination Expertise & Vendor Management:

  • Work closely with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and vendors in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and other key outbound markets.
  • Negotiate best rates and services for group travel components.
  • Stay updated with trends, regulations, and offerings in top outbound destinations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all arrangements meet international safety and legal standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate travel-related risks.
  • Monitor geopolitical and environmental factors impacting outbound travel.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare costings and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Ensure profitability while delivering exceptional service.
  • Track expenses, manage vendor payments, and report project-wise profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
  • 3–15 years

    of relevant experience in

    MICE outbound operations

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    group movements to Europe, the Middle East, and Australia is mandatory

    .
  • Strong understanding of visa procedures, international logistics, and MICE execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in travel software, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required.
