The role requires strong coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Understand client requirements and create detailed operational plans. Handle end-to-end logistics including travel, accommodation, venue, meals, branding, and AV setup. Liaise with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other vendors. Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for corporate clients during pre-event planning and onsite execution. Share itineraries, cost sheets, and event flow in alignment with client expectations. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate pricing and contracts with hotels, venues, transport, and other third-party suppliers. Ensure deliverables are met as per agreements. On-Site Management: Travel to event sites (domestic/international) as needed Manage event flow, registration counters, activities, and handle contingencies. Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring profitability. Handle billing, payments, and post-event reconciliation. Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in MICE operations. Strong understanding of domestic and international travel & events logistics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for events.
