We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a MICE & Client Servicing Executive, who will be responsible for handling corporate clients, conceptualizing events, and ensuring flawless execution.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and client servicing activities. The role involves end-to-end event planning, travel management, and client coordination.

Experience-0-2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding requirements and delivering tailored event solutions.
• Handle hotel bookings, hall bookings for conferences, flight tickets, and complete travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors for logistics, production, branding, and event setup.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and ensure smooth event execution within timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Event Management / Tourism & Travel or a related course.
• Strong background in Client Services & Client Relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Good understanding of customer service practices and principles.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in MICE / Client Servicing / Travel & Event Management.
• Proven expertise in hotel bookings, hall bookings, ticketing, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.
