**Role Overview:** As an Assistant Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include managing Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk areas. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process, maintain guest and employee satisfaction, and maximize the financial performance of the department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations and standards consistently. - Develop specific goals and plans to organize and prioritize your work effectively. - Handle complaints, disputes, and conflicts, while ensuring smooth operations. - Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives. - Maintain regular communication with employees to align with business objectives, recognize performance, and achieve desired results. - Understand the department's impact on financial goals and manage operations to meet or exceed targets. **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related areas **OR** - 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major from an accredited university; no work experience required. **Additional Details:** At Fairfield by Marriott, every team member is valued, and we are committed to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion.
