About the Role

Mindverse Labs is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to drive user acquisition and lead generation for Groaa—our AI-powered Instagram automation tool for businesses.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns to increase trial signups, demo bookings, and conversions across key SaaS funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager for a B2B SaaS product
• Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy variants, formats (Reels, Stories, Feed) optimized for performance
• Conduct A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation to improve CTR and ROAS
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics—CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams for creative and landing page alignment
• Suggest budget allocations, scale winning campaigns, and kill poor performers fast
• Provide weekly campaign performance insights and growth opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3+ years running Meta Ads for SaaS or subscription-based products
2. Proven track record of lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns
3. Strong knowledge of custom audiences, lookalike strategies, and ad funnel creation
4. Hands-on experience with pixel setup, conversion events, and API tracking
5. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tagging
6. Ability to manage budgets, scaling strategies, and ROI-based decisions independently
7. Strong analytical mindset, copy instincts, and creative collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
• Experience in creative briefing and ad copywriting
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or Zapier
• SaaS background in marketing tech, AI tools, or D2C automation
