Role Overview

Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy 

  smart contracts

   using Solidity or Rust 
• Build and maintain 

  dApps

  , integrating front-end and blockchain components 
• Implement 

  Web3 integrations

   using libraries such as Ethers.js or Web3.js 
• Develop blockchain-based features such as NFTs, tokens, wallets, and staking systems 
• Optimize smart contracts for 

  gas efficiency, performance, and security

   
• Work with different blockchains like 

  Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, BNB Chain, Avalanche

  , etc. 
• Integrate backend logic using 

  Node.js / Python

   for blockchain interactions 
• Implement secure key management and transaction flows 
• Conduct code reviews, audits, and testing of smart contracts 
• Document technical processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams 

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years

Solidity, Rust, or Move

Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, or Solana

✅ Deep understanding of: 

• Smart contract architecture 
• Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) 
• Gas optimization 
• Blockchain security best practices 
• Cryptography fundamentals 

Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix

IPFS, wallets, MetaMask, and transaction signing

Node.js / Python

✅ Experience deploying smart contracts on testnet & mainnet 

✅ Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, secure code 

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of 

  Layer 2 scaling solutions

   (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync) 
• Experience with 

  DeFi protocols, AMMs, staking, liquidity pools

   
• Understanding of 

  blockchain oracles

   (Chainlink or similar) 
• Experience with 

  Docker, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines

   
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
