Meta Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to evaluate business initiatives, product performance, and customer experience.
• Apply statistical methods and data modeling techniques to forecast trends and measure impact.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Continuously improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience applying statistical or quantitative methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their applications in business analytics.
• Background in consumer technology, social platforms, or operations analytics.
• Experience working with large-scale, distributed data systems (e.g., Hive, Presto, Spark).
