Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team in Guwahati. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential customers into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Identify potential leads and gather relevant information. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on interested prospects. Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of telecalling or lead generation experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English . Ability to persuade and influence potential customers. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
