Job Description

Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Location: Mohali
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right customers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track pixel events, custom conversions, and retargeting campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite.
Hands-on experience with campaign setup (Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Remarketing).
Knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics knowledge is a plus).
Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Meta Ads certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in running lead generation/e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
