Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Meta Ads Specialist. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns. Daily tasks include campaign setup, targeting, monitoring performance, budget management, A/B testing, and reporting. The role also involves audience research, creative ad development, and staying updated with Meta advertising policies and best practices. Qualifications Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads management and optimization Skills in audience research, targeting, and segmentation Proficiency in creating and managing ad budgets Knowledge of A/B testing and performance analysis Strong skills in report generation and data-driven decision making Familiarity with Meta advertising policies and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
