About the Role

Meta Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; generate reports and actionable insights
Monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns for ROAS, and ensure budget alignment
Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams for campaign assets and messaging
Stay updated on Meta and Google Ads policy changes and algorithm updates
Support and manage Google Ads campaigns when needed (Search, Display, YouTube)

Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of experience
in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Working knowledge of
Google Ads
(Search & Display campaigns)
Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Good understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and remarketing
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance KPIs
Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred
