🔑 What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns that drive real results.

Manage full-funnel strategies: from awareness to conversion.

Analyze data, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC), and make optimization decisions.

Conduct audience and keyword research to find high-performing segments.

Write and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for performance improvement.

Provide clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.

Stay ahead of the curve with platform updates and best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn Ads with measurable results.

Strong analytical and strategic mindset — you love testing, tweaking, and scaling.

Solid grasp of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.

Excellent communication, time management, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently across multiple accounts and industries.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in e-commerce, B2B lead generation, or info products.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, or Shopify.

Knowledge of TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads (not required, but awesome).
