Develop and maintain interfaces between PLC, SCADA, MES, and ERP systems.
Analyze production workflows and translate business requirements into MES functionalities.
Support data collection, traceability, genealogy, OEE, downtime, and quality modules.
Troubleshoot automation, MES, and communication issues across shop-floor systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, IT, Quality, Maintenance).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
