Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer-Technical Architect located in West Bengal, India. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, and ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The role also involves debugging and troubleshooting to enhance overall application performance.

Job Responsibilities

1) Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ). 

2) Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services. 

3)Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

4)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 

5)Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 

6)Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 

7) Ability to train juniors on knowledge sharing and training.

8) Abilty to build complex architectures/codes bleuprint/flows with MERN from scratch

Experience Required :  3+ years

Skills:

1) Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js , Express js. 

2) Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. 

3) Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. 

4) Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

5) Can contribute individually and supervise team

BCA/ MCA/ BTech/Diploma in Computer Science, BSc /MSc in Computer Science
