Role Overview

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of industry experience who is excited to work in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in full-stack development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new features.
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
Manage code using Git and contribute to code reviews.
Take initiative, share ideas, and help drive the product roadmap.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and bring solutions to challenges.
Explore and leverage AI-powered developer tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and workflow automation tools (like n8n, Zapier) to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

1–2 years of industry experience as a MERN stack developer.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Git.
Experience in deploying or contributing to 1–2 live projects.
Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Cursor, n8n, Zapier, GitHub Copilot) for productivity and workflow automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passionate about startups and eager to make a real impact.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and tools.
Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
