Role Overview

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 2 years of industry experience who is excited to work in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in full-stack development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
• Manage code using Git and contribute to code reviews.
• Take initiative, share ideas, and help drive the product roadmap.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and bring solutions to challenges.
• Explore and leverage AI-powered developer tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and workflow automation tools (like n8n, Zapier) to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of industry experience as a MERN stack developer.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Git.
• Experience in deploying or contributing to 12 live projects.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Cursor, n8n, Zapier, GitHub Copilot) for productivity and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about startups and eager to make a real impact.
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and tools.
• Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
