MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with 7+ years of professional experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js / Nest.js, and MongoDB. You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Develop scalable and responsive frontend applications with React.js and Next.js.
• Manage MongoDB databases including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain best coding practices.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in React.js for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (for SSR/SSG) and/or Nest.js (for backend frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of Node.js for backend development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, aggregation).
• Experience with API development, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and microservices.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
