About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications. You will be responsible for building scalable front-end and back-end solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, experiment, and deliver clean, efficient, and reusable code. 

Key Responsibilities

  Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). 

  Build responsive, high-performance UI components and RESTful APIs. 

  Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly. 

  Work with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

  Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.). 

  Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. 

  Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack. 

  Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings. 

Required Skills

  Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern React.js frameworks (Hooks, Context API, Redux). 

  Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development. 

  Experience working with MongoDB (Mongoose, schema design, aggregation). 

  Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration. 

  Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab / CICD pipelines. 

  Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap. 

  Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure) is a plus. 

  Experience with unit testing (Jest, Mocha) preferred. 

  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Good to Have

  Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js. 

  Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. 

  Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures. 

  Experience integrating payment gateways, file uploads, or third-party APIs. 

Qualification

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

  1–4 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
