About the Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the MERN stack and a solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), with the ability to contribute independently to projects. Responsibilities ● Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. ● Build reusable, clean, and efficient code following best practices. ● Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into applications. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions. ● Debug and optimize existing code for better performance and scalability. ● Work with Git/GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews. ● Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of web applications. Requirements ● 1 year of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer. ● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React.js). ● Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development. ● Experience with MongoDB (CRUD, aggregation, indexing). ● Good problem-solving skills with strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms. ● Familiarity with state management (Redux / Context API). ● Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows. Nice to Have ● Knowledge of TypeScript. ● Experience in cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, Heroku, etc.). ● Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). ● Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
