Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable solutions, possess strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Build reusable components, APIs, and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring robust and secure functionality.
• Optimize application performance for scalability, speed, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production and development environments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and workflows for all projects.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Contribute to Agile processes and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and core web technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (database design, aggregation, indexing), Express.js, React.js (components, hooks, state management), and Node.js (back-end logic, API development).
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with front-end libraries such as Material UI or similar frameworks.
• Working knowledge of RESTful API integration and authentication/authorization methods (JWT, OAuth).
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with version control systems—Git and related workflows.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library, Supertest).
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as VSCode, Postman.
• Good grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript for type-safe development.
• Exposure to GraphQL, Socket.IO, and real-time application development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (Next.js) and static site generation.
