MERN Stack Developer

Job description About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), React Native, and Next.js. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, Next.js 14, and related technologies. Build and deploy mobile applications using React Native. Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Manage databases using MongoDB and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional applications. Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Deploy applications on platforms such as Netlify, Render, Vercel, and AWS. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in web and mobile development. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Strong experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Node.js, Express.js, React, Next.js 14, and TailwindCSS. Experience developing and deploying mobile apps with React Native. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms (Netlify, Render, Vercel, AWS). Experience with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, agile environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Experience with additional libraries/frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Familiarity with serverless architectures and API documentation tools.
