Job Description

Position: MERN Stack DeveloperExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: MumbaiNotice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyWe are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in managing large-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of MongoDB, proficiency in microservices architecture, and experience with modern deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs using the MERN stack.
Work with MongoDB (expert-level) and PostgreSQL to design and manage scalable databases.
Implement and maintain Kafka for queue management and Bull for job scheduling.
Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (K8s).
Handle large datasets efficiently, ensuring system scalability, high availability, and performance.
Implement robust logging, tracing, and application monitoring practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure the smooth functioning of distributed systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of overall development experience, with at least 3+ years in backend or full-stack development.
Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Expert-level experience with MongoDB and working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and Bull for event processing and job scheduling.
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and infrastructure management.
Experience working with large datasets and designing scalable data architectures.
Strong understanding of logging, tracing, and monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
