Job Overview: We are hiring a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer & Trainer who can contribute to live projects while also training students/freshers on the MERN stack technologies. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, solid development experience, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: As a Developer: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Follow best practices in code quality, security, and performance. As a Trainer: Conduct classroom/online training sessions on MERN Stack technologies. Prepare training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments. Guide students/freshers through project development. Provide mentorship and support throughout the training process. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development. Strong command over JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with Git and version control systems. Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is a strong plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage time between training and development projects effectively.
