Role Summary At ClassicCart Pvt Ltd, we are building a scalable and secure multivendor eCommerce platform to empower sellers and buyers with high-performance digital experiences. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have worked on core production projects and not just small modules or component-based tasks. You will play a central role in designing and developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, proactively solving problems, and contributing to architectural decisions. This position is critical to shaping the core functionality and reliability of our platform. Important Note Only candidates with actual hands-on experience in full projects will be considered. Only candidates with real project experience will be shortlisted. Component-based is not sufficient. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build responsive, dynamic, and reusable front-end components using React.js and modern UI libraries. Create, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs between the front end and back end. Design and manage MongoDB schemas, indexes, and database performance optimizations. Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using JWT or OAuth. Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency. Maintain high coding standards through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and infrastructure. Work closely with DevOps and QA teams for CI/CD and automated testing pipelines. Continuously research emerging technologies and contribute to technical decisions and best practices. Qualifications UG: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any computer-related engineering discipline. PG: M.E. / M.Tech / MCA or other postgraduate programs in computer-related fields are preferred but not mandatory. Skills Strong proficiency in: React.js (Hooks, Components, Routing, State Management) Node.js and Express.js (REST APIs, Middleware, Server-side logic) MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, CRUD, Mongoose ORM) Familiarity with: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for front-end styling. Git / GitHub for version control and team collaboration. API testing tools like Postman or Swagger. Authentication methods (JWT, OAuth). Deployment on platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Vercel. MVC architecture and clean code practices Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha). Agile and Scrum methodologies Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team. Eagerness to learn and grow with new technologies and tools.
