Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive MERN Stack Developer to join our development team at our Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) office. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building and managing full-stack applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. This role involves leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern web applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack . • Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js . • Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js . • Manage NoSQL databases efficiently using MongoDB . • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle and lead small to mid-sized development projects. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure code quality and security standards. • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply effective solutions. • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer. • Deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and front-end frameworks. • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs . • Solid understanding of version control systems like Git . • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, callbacks, and promises. • Experience with deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or others) is a plus. • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is an advantage.
