Role Overview: As a developer in this role, you will be responsible for front-end, back-end, and full-stack development, collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration and working on both new and existing projects. You will also be in charge of creating and maintaining technical documentation and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Front-end Development: - Develop user-friendly web interfaces using React.js. - Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience. - Integrate third-party APIs and libraries as required. - Debug and optimize client-side code for performance. - Back-end Development: - Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. - Design and implement RESTful APIs for data communication. - Create and manage databases using MongoDB, including schema design and querying. - Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Full-stack Development: - Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers for integration. - Work on new projects and enhance existing applications. - Documentation: - Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture. - Collaborate with team members for knowledge sharing. - Stay Current with Industry Trends: - Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends. - Proactively suggest improvements for projects. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a MERN developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Knowledge of RESTful API design, version control systems (e.g., Git), deployment platforms, and hosting platforms. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, teamwork, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, meet project deadlines, and stay updated with industry trends.
