Job Description

As an AGM/Manager - Business Development in the hospital vertical, you will be a crucial part of the dynamic Business Development team, driving the establishment of a strong presence in the hospital and healthcare sector. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Actively identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business development opportunities within the healthcare sector. - Conducting thorough market research, including competitive analysis and industry trends, and generating periodic reports. - Analyzing potential investment opportunities, preparing detailed business cases, and developing comprehensive financial models. - Leading due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. - Structuring complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as potential investors, healthcare providers, and industry partners. - Leading financial modeling and pitch report presentations. You will also lead Greenfield Hospital Projects by overseeing their implementation and execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (projects, operations, finance) will be essential to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications: - Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance. - Experience: Minimum 10 years for AGM and 5 years for Manager years of relevant experience in the Healthcare Industry - Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models, conducting market research, and structuring complex transactions. Skills Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
