Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant, based in Gurugram. The Merchant will oversee the entire garment production cycle, from coordinating with buyers to maintaining timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, handling communication with vendors, managing sampling and production schedules, and ensuring order fulfillment aligns with customer specifications. Collaboration across teams to achieve efficiency and resolve challenges is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production and Supply Chain Management, with a focus on apparel and textiles
• Proficiency in Buyer Communication, Vendor Management, and Order Coordination
• Skills in Sourcing, Sampling, and Product Development
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in Sustainable Fashion and knowledge of GOTS, GRS certifications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Business Management, or a related field
