Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring effective product displays, and analyzing sales data to improve overall sales performance. This includes coordinating with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies that drive sales growth. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
