Sales Merchandiser

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the retail industry and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are attractively showcased, well-stocked, and effectively promoted to drive sales. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing product displays that adhere to brand standards, maintaining optimal stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and ensuring timely replenishment. You will also support the sales floor by organizing store layouts, monitoring customer buying behavior, and collaborating with the sales team to design impactful seasonal and promotional displays. Additionally, you will work closely with store management to uphold accurate inventory records and provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge and assisting customers with their selections. To excel in this role, you should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or related fields, along with excellent visual merchandising skills, a solid grasp of retail operations, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced environment and changing market trends are also essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional certifications in retail or merchandising would be advantageous.
