Role Description

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

• Assist in the end-to-end merchandising process, including sampling, production followups, and order execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to orders, timelines, and production status.
• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Prepare and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for better planning and monitoring.
• Support in cost analysis, price negotiations, and quality checks when required.
• Ensure that all merchandising activities comply with company guidelines and client requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

• Basic knowledge of the Textile and Garment industry and understanding of production workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teams and external partners.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.).
• Experience of 2–3 years in merchandising or a related field (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a relevant discipline.
