Position: Part-Time MerchandiserLocation: Bangalore (Zone-wise deployment)Type: Part-time/full-timeInterview Mode: VirtualWork Days: 15 days/month (Alternate-day model)Shift: 6–8 hours per shiftStipend: 15,000-20,000/- for 30 days + incentivesDuration: December 2025 – May 2026Training: ProvidedResponsibilities● Visit 10 retail outlets per shift● Maintain warm displays & chillers● Ensure stock availability● Deploy POSM elements (wobblers, stickers, standees)● Maintain chiller purity● Daily reporting with photos● One outlet spot selling each shiftEligibility● Diploma / UG students (any stream)● Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026● Ages 19–25● Kannada + English, Basic Hindi
