Position Overview

Textile Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between buyers, vendors, and production teams
• Coordinate sampling and product development based on buyer specifications
• Follow up on orders from development through shipment
• Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle costing, order confirmation, and T&A (Time & Action) plans
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for each order
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Textile Engineering / Fashion / Apparel / Related Field
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in a similar role (Textile or Apparel Merchandising)
• Good understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and production processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling industrial or protective workwear is a plus
• Familiarity with compliance standards and export documentation
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
