📢 We are Hiring: Merchandiser 📍 Location: Kanpur 🏢 Company: Guts and Glory (Leading manufacturer & exporter of equestrian & pet products) 🌍 Exports to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia About Us: At Guts and Glory , we design and export premium horse blankets, halters, bridles, dog collars, leashes, and eco-friendly pet toys. With 20+ years of excellence, we are now expanding and seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to strengthen our team. Key Responsibilities : ✅ Handle end-to-end merchandising process — from product development to order execution ✅ Coordinate with customers on product requirements, specifications, and approvals ✅ Follow up with production, purchase, sampling, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries ✅ Monitor production status, track shipments, and update customers proactively ✅ Work closely with the design team on new product developments ✅ Maintain records of orders, samples, and customer communications ✅ Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing customers Skills & Experience : 🎓 Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Fashion, Textiles, Leather) 📅 2-5 years of experience in merchandising (experience in export manufacturing preferred) 💬 Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English 🖥️ Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling) 🤝 Proactive, organized, with good follow-up skills 🌟 Ability to manage multiple orders & clients simultaneously Show more Show less
